For state exams, students have 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to answer the questions drawn. For defenses, the screening is public and anyone can participate, even outside the school environment. However, the defense itself has a private character. The student comes to defend his part of the work separately, while the other students wait for their part of the defense in adjacent rooms. 15 minutes are reserved for the defense.
